Looking for bad girls, with the Devil on his shoulder, this attitude drenched, wailing harmonica decorated R&B Popcorn stalker. Evoking visions of a carefree wanderer going from town to looking for thrills, seeking women. Traveling dusty trails, imposing Saguaro, bars, sidewalks and impending trouble in the air. The way the man sings there is little doubt he will handle any problems he comes across whilst searching for love.

Blue-eyed Houston R&B man, the answer to Memphis' Charlie Rich, Tommy Hammond carries that same aura about him.

Label owner Charlie Booth stabled various styles of Southern artists; Tommy Hammond would have been rubbing shoulders with Johnny Copeland, Joe Hughes, Jannie Williams etc all seasoned Blues, Soul, R&B performers. Obviously these influences shaped Tommy's writings and singing style.

Tommy recorded two 45s "Golden Eagle" both of them snarling and wicked dance grooves. Both as sought after as each other, look out for "Turn That Frown Up Side Down" another winner from the man.
