Description

Considered by many as one of the greatest Garage bands of all time. This 1966 creation from Vancouver, B.C. goes a long way to validating that statement. , this Canadian 4 man band were the very best of 60s

One of the finest double helping of Psychedelic garage rock from the golden years of 1966 /1967, first released in December 1966 in Canada with "Little White Lies" as the a-side. By the time it had crossed the border to the USA, the other "Frustration" was the side the radio DJ's were preferring. So upon USA debut 2 months later, Mercury flipped the sides to lead with; the decidedly haunting ""Frustration" as the tune to plug.

Just underlining the strength of Bill Hay's and Bob Rowden writings, as both sides are as strong ass each other.

You'll note in Vancouver British Columbia the A side was Little White Lies. Then it was flipped over and Frustration became the bigger hit. So when Mercury finally released it Frustration was deemed the song with more potential as the A side.

Now held in Garage band immortality lyricist Bill Hay (lead vocals, harmonica), Barry Rowden (drums), co-writer Bob Rowden (lead guitar), and Ken Wain (keyboards organ) one of the most innovative foursome ever.

Listen and melt, whichever side you drop the arm on.
