Description

Description

Roy Dobson's most-wanted of the 6 45s he released on this "Dobson-Dominated" label dissecting Greenwich & Whitfield Towns, at 183 Spanish Town Road. a fabulous neighborhood project. Seemingly much rarer than his other 5 releases.

An in-housed production by "Black Pearl", arranged by long "Dobson" associate Marcia Griffitts (sic). An uplifting social comment on the futility of crime and gang violence when Kingston's youthful energy would be better put to use fighting for universal social freedom. Not running from the "Policeman" or fighting with your neighbors.

Strong roots mid-tempo with a fabulous dub version on the flipside.

This is rare condition for this elusive 45, that seldom comes to market, in such fine condition.

Condition Report
