Seriously rare Dallas, Texas 45, giving up two sides of rare-soul pleasure, from both ends of the spectrum.

"I'm Gonna Find Love " a record with a long-standing reputation of extreme rarity and a current spin for exclusivity minded Northern Soul DJs, like Steve Green a man held in high regard for his impeccable taste in his turntable choices, his reputation built over decades of .

The opening growl of the low-blow sax is matched by the snarling vocal-determination from the lead-voice J. J. Johnson. Supported by his searing teammates as they roll out quest to find a love, partitioned by a sulking saxophone solo, all elements fuse into a raw, uncompromising Texas Soul group dancer. No wonder Steve Green proudly present it at the head of his DJ set, a real meaty NS dancer.

Flip it over for the contrasting but equally important mid-tempo recording "A Little Girl ( That I Can Call Mine )" total NS Crossover / Lowrider Heaven. A classy soulful stepper saturated in cultured male vocals seamlessly mingling in a plea for a girl to love. Superbly beseeching fluid mid-tempo stroller, brilliantly delivered with distilled sincerity. Top tune, delivering the stunning "Lowrider" genre - ridiculously elusive, seldom it ever seen for sale, especially in this high level of condition.

Two great sides - one very rare disc.
