A fine clean copy of this elusive original 1967 British press.

Haunting jangling guitar opens up this West Coast Classic. Before a breathless despairing voice gives up a few words; then crash-bang-wallop California Psychedelic Rock takes to the air!

Lifted from their 2nd album released late 1966. Appearing as their first 45 on UK Electra early 1967 on the early dark-green label.

Top side underlines Arthur Lee’s immense talent as a lyricist, whilst the flipside show a gentler side of the band, with Bryan MaClean’s eerie Pysche ballad drawing you into a trippy atmospheric psychedelic masterclass.

These guys were after one of the finest Pyche/Rock innovators of all time. With this 45 capturing their two sides completely.

Condition Report

4 prong pushout center intact. Tiny light biro file number on labels, so faint it is most likely invisible on the label images.
Vinyl is immaculate, full gloss, hardly a blemish to be found. Strong flawless Mint minus. RARE condition
