1956 Chicago Sister Blues backed with a mournful ballad of early Deep Soul. One of 8 highly sought after 45's "Lou" McClinton recorded for this sought after street-level Windy City label.

The urban poetry of Willie Dixon is beautifully handled by searing vocal of highly charged passion. A simplistic arrangement of a sulking saxophone, plodding piano sets the landscape for a magnificent Blues guitar to break in, with the finale a crowd of horns blare out, lifting her transport related innuendos into view.

"Move Me Darling Like a Rowboat On a Stormy Sea"

"Move Me Baby Like Driving Wheels Of A Train"

"Shake Me Honey Like A Straw In A Hurricane"

This sassy Mama wants to be "moved"

Flip it over, for one of the earliest examples of street level Deep Soul... an on her knees performance of reliability.
