Description

a flawless 1969 Skinhead Reggae still in birth sleeve - rare condition indeed.

Ex-Skatalite stalwart Lester Sterlin serves up a lesson in the mastery of the saxophone. As he pouts, blows and puffs out some amazing notes of joyous late 60's Reggae. His manipulation of his instrument is a masterclass of it's genre. Peppering an insistent dance rhythm, relentlessly pelting his saxophone notes into steady rhythms.

flip it over for a cocktail of Jamaican influences as a pinch of Calypso enters Tommy McCook's creation, neat tidy, addictive and uplifting dance tune..

But not as uplifting as the miraculous condition of the 50 year old... so near perfect!
