1963 first version of the Isley Brothers "Who's That Lady", shimmering with Latin pulses, fired from a relentless "Cowbell" as a droning Hammond snakes through the background, laying down a rich Latin-flavoured platform for the distinctive Isley vocals to wail upon. Killer Saxophone intrusion, superbly subtle guitar picks and Bert Berns brings the thronging streets New York to your feet.

A perfectly pitched mid-tempo mover, that has been receiving applause when ever played.

A very familiar tune, as the Isley Brothers revisited their writings a decade later, editing the title to "That Lady" updating the arrangement and turning it into a huge worldwide hit. No such luck in 1963 somehow this innovative Bert Berns/Isley collaboration missed out of radio airplay and flopped into obscurity, so obscure it made it ideal for the Northern Soul turntable as "Latin" is the flavour of the decade.
