Georgia's renowned Soul-showmen, leaves his explosive days with Peachtree and William Bell's guidance behind, making the smooth transition into the pre-disco era of 1974 with a beautifully constructed modern Soul dancer adorned with shrill girls and bongo rhythms. Crafting a classy slab of rare Soulful dance, that been the staple of upfront gatherings like Soul Essence, Canal Tavern at Thorn, The Orwell etc. etc.

The multi-talented Theo George Odell, tailor to the stars and acclaimed throughout Georgia and beyond, for his rasping expressive vocal and his haute couture artistry. Whilst also earning a living as Atlanta's top MC, with his sparkling charismatic style in constant demand, a style that comes through in his far too few studio recordings.

This one, his 5th 45 release in 12 years as a part-time Soulman; he slickly serves up joyous, finger-snapping subtlety as this man grows into his new maturity with some silky styled dance Soul, instead of his trademark torrent of brutal enthusiasm.

Classy stuff that fits so snugly into the flow of a thoughtful rare 7-0's set.
