Gene Forrest & Eunice Levy with a Beverly Hills, Aladdin recording, present here on the seriously rare 1957 release.
A talented duo who wrote most of their own material, backed by Ray Ellis.

British Decca led with "Don't Treat Me This Way " a mistake as the insipid a-side sunk without trace. Where as later, long after deletion the Rock N' Roll R&B collectors picked up on the lively shaker "Doddle Doodle Doo " hidden on the flipside. With the well established Ray Ellis ad his orchestra pumping lively piano rhythms in the backing, spliced by a killer saxophone break. You are confronted with killer California rocker, as the pair rebound of each others energy. That relentless piano and the sultry Sax go to work..

Resulting in a fabulous dance tune that was missed by everybody in the UK.

A flawless 1957 British press - complete with intact tri-center .. a rare sight indeed

do not pass by... we ain't gonna ever see another this clean.. that's f'sure.
