Description

A pristine 1964 promo only 45 introducing Elvis's new album "Roustabout" RCA, this 45 was never ever sold to the public and remained a Radio Station and music reviewer only, mailshot 45 to promo the RCA album of the Hal Wallis movie Roustabout starring Barbara Stanwyck, after a fight, a now out of work "Elvis" is taken under her wing, Joan Freeman & Leif Erickson also star in this movie that received mixed reviews.

Musically the album did well, on this 45 it features two strong uplifting Elvis boppers, both songs from the pens of the industrious New York trio Bernie Baum, Bill Giant and Florence Kaye arranger/producers/lyricists of huge repute with a massive volume of work to their name. Did Elvis proud with these two hand-picked compositions, the trio wrote three recordings all together fop the album, the other one being "Poison Ivy League".

PROMO ONLY and in magnificent archive standard condition, an upgrade on this baby will never be needed.
