Description

Description

Both sides written by the amazing Dandy Livingstone Thompson himself, captures "Dandy" at his dominant best, on this elusive 1966 UK press.

Another Jamaican reference to Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) the world's heavy weight champion in 1966 and a particular Jamaican icon.

The bell rings for Dandy's first round idolizing the skills of Cassius Clay, strolling through a strong SKA dance upbeat production, with a mix of rap and singing before a spectacular saxophone break brings you right back into "float like a butterfly sting like a bee"

The flipside "Do You Know" is somwthing of an overlooked gem, as this side also gives out uplifting SKA dance, peppered with sax interventions.

Two good sides in rare-clean condition, Mint minus vinyl, centre intact, two clean labels, as good as it gets.

Condition Report

Two totally clean labels, three prong centre fully intact, vinyl is a sparkling Mint minus, with hardly a blemish.
