Black is beautiful, especially in this spectacular MINT minus condition!

The captivating sound of Philadelphia's most productive sixties Soul team HARTHON again weaving girl-group magic, as the Four Cooper Sisters give up a timeless Northern Soul anthem, direct from the pen of Mum, Mrs Ethyl Cooper.

"Shing-A-Ling" was of course a pre-Wigan Casino monster, Catacombs, Torch, Mecca, Va Va's etc. would all resound to those compelling dance-craze lyrics, stamped into a typically potent George Wilson production.
Today this 45 is rightly considered as one of the top 500 NS greats... an area of collecting which is the proving where the smart vinyl investors money is being targeted in recent times.

Northern Soul classics in tip-top condition is a rising market, there just isn't enough to meet the overwhelming demand and there certainly isn't enough out there, still in so close to perfect condition.

Here's your chance to own an anthem, in it's most desirable clothes; Mint minus BLACK stock copies do not surface every day, and they look so cool.

Click the soundfile to be transported back to the days when Northern Soul was recruiting every teenager who ever ventured into any of the above clubs, on lifetime membership.
