The genius of "Double Diamond" production team presented in it's most-wanted and rarest clothes - the coveted West Coast promo copy.

A Northern Soul anthem with the power to lift your every sensory nerve into euphoric recall, as you're catapulted back to those golden years of the early to mid 70's when this was top-tune everywhere across the scene.
So yet again, prepared to be captured by inspirational Philadelphia and New York knowhow when the DD team produced this magnificent Northern Soul dancer. Offered here as this irresistibly eye-catching collectable format.

John Madara, David White, Joe Renzetti and Leon Huff were riding the crest of a wave with the success of Len Barry's Bell Sound studio sessions pulling in hit after hit. Leon Huff on the piano, Madara & White at the console tweaking the sound, Renzetti directing the orchestra, crafting the mesmerizing rhythms of a big city production. You can hear that "Len Barry" was at the back of the team's mind, as this would have perhaps been another Len Barry monster hit for Decca, if Len hadn't been tempted away to RCA by Jimmy Wisner. It flows with all the ingredients that made Len's Decca sessions a string of massive hits.

Kenny Gamble is credited on this original studio acetate as the co-writer but his name missed off on the Parkway west coast press. So we'll add the illustrious name of Kenny top this six-a-side dream-team.

A record that reveals what is possible when highly gifted music-men collaborate, it would be hard to image a tighter gathering of talent.. than these guys in the studio all at the same time guiding one of Philly's most exciting Soul voices.

Now listen to the lost-art of making mood-rousing, dancefloor-packin' Northern Soul Music ...

presented here in it's most-wanted, rarest, most-beautiful variation...
