Description

The very rare, William H. Brown's 1974 Inglewood, edgy but soulful funker.

A pre-disco era Los Angeles FUNK!

Slowly but surely this urban-slab of FUNK expands itself into an authoritative Hammond propelled dance tune, as the recording unfolds more and more with intricate arranging comes to the fore; So much so I personally prefer the addictive flipside laced with jazzy keyboard work, decorated with only sparse vocal interruptions.

Incredibly rare 45 emerging from the rewarding streets of Inglewood, California 90306 .. an area which has given up some fabulously rare Soul 45s through it’s musical history.
Be sure to check out this forceful-funker, set to creep under your skin; revealing its full power, as the ideal club-fuel for those hungry to feed the "New-Breed" modern funky soul funk scene...very motivational in recent times.

So much so, the huge DJ demand was once again met by Euan Fryer of AOTN Records in 2018.

This copy of course is the rarer seen 1974 original, in fabulous condition.
