Are you ready to be bewitched?

Big Don Bennett also known as "Prince Teddy" who's avant-garde musical soul productions later cutting a path through the Californian musical jungle during the 70s with his highly sought after album and lone 45 on AVI his expressive rich vocal being the focal point of all his work.

In 1967 he cut one of my all-time favourite Northern Soul grooves, a dreamy, haunting Californian mid-tempo, that still hasn't taken the Northern Soul scene by the anticipated storm, it so blatantly will eventually do, once it is not hindered by its own elusiveness. There just isn't enough NS Jocks who actually own a copy for a combined full-on "Niter" assault.

It so deserves to be heard everywhere, this killer NS groove has slept for too long! A stunning Donald Bennett creation that instantly draws you in with a full orchestral intro triumphant horns hover awaiting Don to stroll in with his rich beseeching vocal beautifully supported choruses from a full male choir, as the horns ratchet up their presence, the whole production is awe-inspiring Northern Soul with a difference, you'll soon be mesmerized

A groundbreaking production that will stay in your head long after you hear it...

Love it to bits, always have done, it's been too long since you were last on turntable.
