What are the chances in 2021 of acquiring an archive condition copy of Barbara's rarest 45 still sitting in its birth-sleeve.

To be honest this, you hardly ever see a copy of Rose Marie McCoy B-side in any condition, as the rare January 1967 British release. Somehow this beauty passed us all by in our formative years. But revived and nurtured by those quizzical 100 Club DJs who gave it the belated love and attention it so deserves. Before long it had swept the country on a wave of adoration, that turned into idolization when this Motor City Diva came to tour the England to perform live at The 100 Club & Cleethorpes Pier, her singing and grace making grown men cry.

"I Remember The Feeling " brings together for the 2nd time in 1965; the studio nous of Ollie McLaughlin and the story telling lyrics of the prolific Rose Marie who always painted a vivid picture for the singers emotions to relay. A great cross-country partnership that was collaborated far too few times.

A great, great song, a Northern Soul favourite, in by far and away it's most desirable, least-seen clothes... full marks to the 100 Club team for helping it blossom into an all-time classic.

The other side "Baby What Do You want Me To Do" originally the lead side, gives up a moody, subtle horn and string soulful stroller that must be revisited also..
