A highly regarded 4 man outfit from Cicero, Chicago, All of their 5 only 45s highly sought after and elusive. A group similar in attitude and delivery to James Holvay's MOB, blue-eyed but obviously in awe of Soul music, as they rollout a fantastic Northern Soul version of Norman Whitfield, Eddie Holland and Cornelius Grant's creation.

This example, their first for the "Mad" label, a super-cool n'edgy version of the 1966 Temptations classic "I'm Losing You". Killer echoing group harmony surrounds the beseeching lead vocal, the brilliant horn/sax-loaded instrumental break upstages the Gordy original as far as NS tastes go. The constant bass guitar pulses propels the invitation to dance, a stabbing saxophone keeps it moving as the background vocal perfecting in tune with their background oohs and ahhs completing the richly endowed arrangement, carrying their exceptional Italian heritage vocals.

Not only a great tune, a fabulous version but also frustratingly RARE!

For the NS Jock who what's play a rarity that will instantly be danced too, but also enjoy the security, that it is beyond-likely, the preceding DJ will not be able to spin it before you... as if!

RARE and we love it!

The flipside is another insane

Condition Report

Two labels free of any notable flaws, just some soft age-staining in places om the white backdrop. (see images) Vinyl gives up full gloss with only the merest sleeve storage blemishes. The flipside however has a scratch that click
